General Terms and Conditions of Business

All prices are in cash, including value-added tax/sales tax, as well as other ensuing charges for packaging, handling and transportation.

No minimum purchase.

The declared measurements can vary some milimeters in length, width and thickness.

Pieces which are not at stock can be cut to size. Rights of return are to be considered forfeited if the goods have been manufactured according to the order of the customer.

Payment

The payment options depend on the country to which the articles are to be delivered. We offer the following modes of payment to you:

Advance payment by bank transfer to our bank account

You transfer the due amount to our bank account. You receive our account details when the order is processed as well as in the order email. Upon receipt of the invoice value, the order is shipped.

Payment by cash on delivery (only within Germany)

For payment by cash on delivery you pay the entire invoice amount to the mailman. In addition to the invoice amount, charge incurs amounting to 4,- € COD.

This mode of payment is only available for orders within Germany!

Payment by PayPal

With Paypal you can pay easily and safely by EC-Card, Giropay, Visa or Mastercard. Upon ordering you are directed to the PayPal server. There you can select the mode of payment you prefer.

Until all payment responsibilities have been fulfilled by the customer, the delivered goods remain the legal property of the firm Andreas Sandner.

1. Conclusion of the contract

The sales contract is concluded by the customer’s order and the delivery of the goods.

2. Delivery and execution

We will ship the goods by mail as soon as possible. Along with the delivery you will receive the customers’ information in writing as well as an invoice stating the total amount payable.

3. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw your contract declaration within two weeks without giving reasons in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods.

The period shall begin no sooner than one day after the receipt of this instruction. Sending off the withdrawal or the goods in time shall be sufficient to keep the period of revocation.

4. Consequences of withdrawal

In case of an effective withdrawal both parties shall return any received goods and services and return, if applicable, any benefits (e.g. interests). If you are only able to return the received goods and services incompletely or in downgraded condition you shall be obligated to value replacement, if applicable.

This does not apply to surrendered goods if the downgrading of the goods is solely attributable to their examination - as it would have been possible for you to undertake in a retail shop. Incidentally, you may avoid the obligation for value replacement by not making any owner-like use of the goods and by omitting any action influencing their value.

You shall pay the costs of a return if the delivered goods conform to the ordered goods and if the value of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 Euro or if, in case of the goods being of higher value, at the time of withdrawal you have not yet rendered the equivalent or, as contracted, a part payment. Otherwise you may return the goods free of charge.

Please don’t forget to call us before any return, so we can settle the matter for both parties in a quick and economic way. Please NEVER send any goods c/f, since this type is considerably more expensive than a regular parcel mail. In case of franked sending we will refund the return postage or transfer fee, also we will gladly send you a forwarding label, allowing you to deliver the goods free of charge at the nearest post office. C/f mailing will NOT be accepted.

You shall satisfy any obligation for refunds of payments within 30 days after sending off your notice of withdrawal.

6. Terms of warranty and guarantee

7. Privacy

The data you supply will be stored for transactional purposes and maintaining customer relationship. The data will not be forwarded to third parties. We refer to our privacy terms.

8. Applicable law

Underlying legal system shall be the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal venue is Germany.
